We want to offer you two apartments equipped with:

• a kitchen
• a bathroom
• TV sat
• Internet access
• a terrace
• a garden
• grill
• a parking lot

Each apartment has got its own entry and staircase. 

Apartment A – On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. 

Apartment B – On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a bathroom. 

If you are looking for peace and quiet, it is an ideal place to rest. From the garden you can see Kopieniec mountain massif. About 500 metres away there are tourist routes. Near the house there is forest and Tatra National Park. In winter you can ski. Location is ideal for people who don’t like staying in a traffic jam.

Outside and inside the building you can’t smoke.

Price list:

• Apartment A – minimum price 350 PLN (for 5 people for one day), the next person should pay 50 PLN
• Apartment B - minimum price 250 PLN (for 4 people for one day), the next person should pay 50 PLN

You can rent one of the apartments minimum for 5 days. If you want to stay here less than 5 days, you will pay 10-40% more.

When you arrive, you should pay cash deposit as guarantee that you won’t destroy anything.  It is 500 PLN.

If you rent the apartment minimum for 5 days, you should pay in advance 30-50% of the whole price. If you want to stay here less than 5 days, you will pay 50-100% of the price.

After you arrive, there is a possibility to change date of your visit within 30 days.

If you resign or leave the apartment earlier, pre-payment will not be given back.
